| Introduction |
| Established in October 1992, Changzhou International Exchange Center is a state-owned institution affiliated to Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office. It is accredited respectively by the Ministry of Public Security to provide service for personal-purpose overseas-goers and entrants and the Ministry of Human Recourses and Social Security to provide service for overseas employment. It is also designated by consulates-General of Japan, Republic of Korea, Australia and New Zealand in Shanghai and other Asian, African countries or regions as the agency on visa application service for private passport holders. Besides, it is a member of China Foreign Service Association.
